Numerous moreEC fundraising actions are taking place around the world right now and last Saturday Ravensburg, Germany joined the ranks. Old and new Sangha members sat together in the Gompa after a group meditation and reflected on the activities of the neighboring EC – from the Ravensburger perspective, of course. After watching the new moreEC Film we went to the Yurt to enjoy a generous buffet until… The auction began!  Over 50 Sangha friends bid on objects from a table filled with pre-Christmas goodies and many objects found new owners. All of the money from the auction – more than 1900 € – went to benefit the moreEC project.

The most interesting question of the evening: Exactly how much money is in our moreChange collection box? Everyone who had emptied his pocket into the box during the past weeks got a chance to guess and the moreEC Adventskalender went to the happy winner.

This auction not only collected a lot of money, it also brought old and new friends together again to share an amusing evening in the Yurt and thus strengthened their bonds to each other and to the EC.

Last but not least, a tip for all readers: Every little bit counts! So how about setting up a MoreChange campaign in your local center? In Ravensburg we collected 592,64 €….
